All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless:

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos within 24hrs and send these to us. This is the courier company's window of accepting a claim. If the packaging is damaged, please take photos of this before opening the package. Contact us and we will work with you to either replace your order or refund you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Perth Metal Art is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order. We are also not liable for parcels returned to sender due to failure to collect.

While we will make every effort to identify and correct address errors, our systems are automated, and not all mistakes can be caught. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the shipping and contact details provided in the order confirmation email.

Orders not collected from your local Post Office within 14 days will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, a $29 return-to-sender fee will apply, along with any additional postage costs required to resend the item.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and the name of the delivery service. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking, especially if the parcel is redirected to a Post Office, as not all postal carriers leave a collection card.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the parcel is returned to us, you will be charged a $29 return-to-sender fee in addition to the cost of re-shipping the parcel.

If a parcel is sent to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered, no refund or compensation will be issued, as the order is considered lost due to customer error.
